They have upgraded the pet portals, in order to log in you must activate your account.  On the login page click on ACTIVATE on the left side and enter the email address you have been using for your pet portal.  It will see that you have an account and send you a confirmation email with a link to change your password.  Once you change your password you can login and continue using the new and improved pet portal!
